It is ideal for a family getaway and is perfect for those looking for a quiet respite from Paris without sacrificing the ease and convenience of travelling back and forth. It has a garden to enjoy the warmer months with absolute privacy.

Welcome to my home! A modern, two-story residential home situated close to a park and conveniently located close to a Métro Station and Bus Stop that will take you to the 13th district and beyond. The house is ideal for large groups of 8, either group of friends or small families with multiple children. There's a supermarket less than 10 minutes away by foot to satisfy all essential needs, while the home itself is thoughtfully furnished to maximise your comfort and enjoyment throughout your stay. It is dotted with small green plants to alleviate your mood and lots of sunlight from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The main living area on the ground floor opens up to the back garden, lined with high fences to ensure security and privacy. It comes with garden furniture to dine alfresco and a hammock to laze on when the weather is perfect. Inside, there's a plush sofa for guests to recline, a TV to entertain yourselves, and a large family table to enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully-equipped and can handle any culinary requirement with small conveniences such as an electric kettle and a toaster. Feel free to use the espresso machine to whip up a homemade cafe au lait. Upstairs are three bedrooms: Two bedrooms are fitted with queen beds. The third bedroom has a day bed with a pull-out mattress that can sleep two and be utilised as an office as a dedicated workstation is inside. Additionally, the living room sofa bed downstairs can accommodate an extra two. All beds are provided with clean linens to ensure a comfortable night of rest. The bathroom has all the essentials to help refresh yourself, with conveniences like towels and toiletries provided at no extra cost. The house is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy!
