This charming 55m² apartment is tastefully decorated and conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The living room includes a cosy sofa bed for relaxation, a large-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. Oversized windows allow plenty of natural light to flood, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The apartment features a kitchenette fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your convenience. The main bedroom is a delightful space with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Great place to stay in a local neighbourhood only 30 mins walk into the hustle and bustle of city. Only 2 mins walk to the nearest metro stop. Flat was very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities
