Housekeeping services are available on request and by appointment with our team: linen replacement and mid-stay cleaning by our team at the cleaning rate stated in the listing. --> Remember, you are staying in our accommodation and not at a hotel. Please respect the premises and the neighborhood. --> We ask that you leave the premises in good condition as upon arrival, empty the trash bins and place them in the containers located in the courtyard (the door is at the right in the back before the passage), close all windows, lower the heating, turn off all lights, and IF possible, remove the sheets and leave them with the towels in the bathroom. --> Should you encounter any problem, I will make sure to act immediately and as soon as possible, but please note that nobody lives on-site 24/7. --> Cleaning is included and planned for professional restoration of the premises. The dishes must be done and put away upon your departure. An extra €10 will be charged otherwise, or upon your request. --> Sheets and towels are provided for each guest. Changes can be made upon request for an extra charge. --> On your arrival, you will find soap, shower gel, coffee, and tea at your disposal for your arrival day. Supplies for the rest of your stay are at your own expense. --> If you wish to stay after the indicated check-out time, if possible, an extra fee will apply: €10 per additional time slot (per hour). --> Early arrival before the planned time, if possible, will be subject to a €10 fee per additional time slot (per hour). --> In the event that an animal is detected, including hair, droppings or other clear signs, an extra €50 will be charged for disinfection of the premises (allergens, bacteria, etc.) --> In case of any smoke odors detected (cigarette, drugs, hookah, etc.), a €50 fee will be charged for disinfection of the premises. --> You are expressly requested to leave the premises as you found them. Empty trash, tidy up, and report any problems that occurred during your stay. Any extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit. --> In all cases of non-compliance with the house rules, a €50 management fee will apply.
