Please respect the premises and the neighborhood. --> We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in good condition as you found it, to empty the bins and take them out to the containers located in the courtyard—the door is on the right at the back before the passage—to close all windows, lower the heating, switch off all lights and, IF possible, remove the sheets and leave them with the towels in the bathroom. --> Should you have any problems, I will do my best to take immediate action as soon as possible, but please note that no one is living onsite 24/7. --> Cleaning is included and arranged for a professional reset. Crockery and cutlery must be washed and put away upon departure. A supplement of €10 will be charged otherwise, or upon request. --> Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Changes are available upon request and at extra cost. --> Upon arrival, you’ll find soap, shower gel, coffee, and tea available for your arrival day. Supplies for the rest of your stay are your responsibility. --> If you need to stay after the indicated check-out time, if possible, an extra €10 will be charged per additional hour. --> Early arrival before the scheduled time, if possible, will also be charged: €10 per extra hour. --> If an animal presence is detected—hair, droppings, or other clear signs—a €50 supplement will be charged for disinfecting the premises (allergens, bacteria, etc.). --> If any smell of smoke is detected (cigarette, drugs, shisha, etc.), a €50 supplement will be charged for sanitizing the property. --> Please strictly leave the property as you found it. Empty trash, tidy up, and report any issues that occurred during your stay. Any extras will be deducted from your deposit. --> In any case of non-compliance with house rules, an additional €50 will be charged for management fees.
