This apartment is located in the center of Tourcoing, rue Desurmont. It is on the ground floor of a secure and recently renovated building. The apartment is very functional, pleasant to live in and has a private parking space nearby, underground. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening directly onto a large living room with open kitchen and lounge area (connected TV) - Bathroom with shower, sink and WC - Separate bedroom with double bed The accommodation is equipped with electric shutters.
