Renovated 83 m², 3-bedroom apartment on the top floor, in the heart of the Upper Town. ***REDUCED PRICE (5th FLOOR, NO ELEVATOR, AND NEW APARTMENT)*** Set in a peaceful Haussmann-style neighbourhood, it’s ideal for families and groups. Enjoy air conditioning, a balcony, three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi.

* A spacious and comfortable apartment As you enter, you’ll find a bench, a shoe cabinet, and a convenient desk area for working remotely. The large, air-conditioned living room features a comfortable sofa for **3 to 4 people**, two armchairs, and a large lift-top coffee table. The sofa bed converts into a 140 × 200 bed. You’ll also find a 65-inch TV, high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, and direct access to the balcony. A decorative partition separates the living room from the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the large dining table seats up to eight. This area also opens onto the balcony. The balcony is furnished with plants, a small wooden table, and two chairs. Located on the top floor, it offers a partly open view, with some overlooking from nearby buildings, as is common in the city centre. The apartment also has a practical laundry room with a 10 kg washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, sink, and storage. * Bedrooms and bathroom The three adjoining bedrooms each have a wardrobe and electric shutters. The two larger bedrooms at either end each have a queen-size bed. The smaller bedroom in the middle has a standard double bed. The compact bathroom includes a shower, an anti-fog mirror, a heated towel rail with a fan, storage, and adjustable mood lighting. The toilet is separate. * Amenities - Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
