Welcome to our magnificent property ‘La Grande Clémente’, set back from the town centre and ideal for unforgettable stays with family or friends. This building is located close to natural areas. The property includes a duplex flat, a studio, outdoor spaces and a large garage! You'll have the use of both flats and all their facilities.

You have full use of both dwellings and their outdoor areas with above-ground pool. DUPLEX: 66m², bright and spacious, for up to 6 people: Ground floor: - Main entrance with cupboards and fridge. - Separate bedroom with double bed (140x200). - Fitted kitchen opening onto dining room and living room. - Living room with sofa bed, Smart TV, and access to the terrace via a bay window. First floor: - Spacious master suite with Queen-size bed (160x200) and plenty of storage space. - Bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror (semi-open with access from the master suite). - Separate WC (accessible only from the master suite) Outside : - Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, bar with stools, and dining table. - Large L-shaped paved terrace with garden furniture under shaded pergola. - 4x2m above-ground swimming pool (open from 1 June to 15 September). - Various relaxation areas and a plot of land for budding explorers. Private garage: A 20m² garage is available for storing bikes, motorbikes and a car. Regulations : - The house is equipped with video surveillance at the entrance. - Please respect the quiet hours (8 p.m. to 7 a.m.) as the house is adjoined by year-round residents. Special features: - The house, situated below a road, may be slightly exposed to traffic noise during working hours, but remains quiet the rest of the time.
