On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, and a terrace. The living room features a large sofa, a cozy seating area, and a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options and video games. The dining room is equipped with a large wooden table that can accommodate 12 people, perfect for gathering and sharing meals. The living and dining rooms offer direct access to the terrace, garden, and private swimming pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a lush garden on one side and a terrace with a small solarium on the other. Adjacent to the pool is a pergola with seating for up to 14 people, a BBQ area, a table for 8, a garden lounge, and a full set of day beds for 12, providing ample space for relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, for preparing delicious meals. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
