Welcome to my home! Homely and tastefully decorated, this lovely house is located on the ground floor and close to various attractions in Sintra. This house is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a microwave. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay!
Zugang
Guests will have access to the entire home! On the 2nd and 4th sundays of every month there is a town fair, with local products. If you got a car parked there, please be aware that on the previous saturday you have to move it to another location or you could have your car towed

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
