Welcome to my apartment! This beautifully designed 70m² apartment in Madeira offers the perfect retreat for guests seeking both comfort and convenience. The property is located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs. The open-concept living area is elegantly furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for unwinding with your favourite shows. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while the private balcony provides a serene spot to relax and take in the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchenette includes all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals, along with a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment to accommodate your laundry needs. The bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the mezzanine offers an extra queen bed, providing comfortable accommodation for additional guests. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
