Ideal for large families or groups of friends, this property has two spacious and welcoming living rooms, perfect for relaxing and socialising. The leisure area is vast, including an outdoor pool for refreshing dips, a tennis court for sports enthusiasts, a fitness area to keep in shape and a spa for moments of pure relaxation. For entertainment, guests can enjoy the games room. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to essential utensils, the kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer to help with everyday life. There is also an adjoining utility room with a washing machine for your total convenience. Access to the large terrace is conveniently located next to the living room. This outdoor space is equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for gathering the group outside, and also perfect for enjoying meals in daylight or under the stars, making the most of the serene garden surroundings.
