Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 70 m2 ground-floor property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is designed with modern and beautiful touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living space features a charming sitting area where guests can relax, watch TV, and rest after a day of exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen is a delightful space for gathering and sharing meals. It is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy to prepare and enjoy homemade dishes. The first bedroom is beautifully decorated, featuring a comfortable double bed and a private nook with ample storage and a washing machine for added convenience. The second bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a cozy double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment includes two bathrooms in the hallway: one complete with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the essentials to refresh yourself, while the other serves as a convenient extra. A lovely balcony invites guests to soak up the sunlight while dining outdoors, complemented by a cozy couch perfect for lounging and resting. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
