Welcome to my home! This tastefully decorated 67m² apartment is ideally near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed where you can unwind, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating an inviting atmosphere, and it also offers access to a balcony with a stunning view. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. The bedroom is a cosy retreat featuring a queen bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It is complemented by complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure your utmost comfort. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. Please be advised that construction work may occur in the surrounding area, which could result in some noise disturbances. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Die Aussicht, der Raum, die Lage. Es mag nur mein persönlicher Geschmack sein, aber die Matratze des Bettes war irgendwie nicht bequem, aber objektiv gesehen war alles gut!

Sehr ruhig und friedlich. Bushaltestelle von und nach Funchal vor der Tür, stündliche Verbindungen.
