Welcome to my apartment! This beautifully designed 80m2 2-bedroom duplex apartment in Porto is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking comfort and convenience. The property is located on the ground floor. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave.  For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. And when you're ready for a dip, head to the shared swimming pool for a refreshing swim, and enjoy access to the shared garden for some peaceful relaxation. The two bedrooms feature a queen bed adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for optimal comfort, along with a balcony that invites fresh air and provides a touch of outdoor relaxation. Please note that access to the bedrooms requires going up stairs. The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
