If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. The flat is just as it appears in the photos and description, very comfortable, clean and well refurbished. It is in a good area and well connected. We were very well looked after. I recommend it 100%
