Bright and tastefully furnished, this apartment can accommodate 6 guests, making it ideal for friends and families. The Batalha tram stop is just 5-mins away, so guests will be able to explore the city with ease.

Welcome to my home! The apartment comes with an open living and dining area. The living room features a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a long day in the city. If you wish to dine in, there is a dining area big enough to seat 4 guests comfortably. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal including a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment has 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a king bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Enjoy your stay!

Note: Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Beautiful, bright flat with 3 very spacious bedrooms. Everything went very well. Don't be surprised if the rubbish bins are removed at 4am: fortunately not every day.
