Welcome to my apartment! Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment (50 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Luís I Bridge and Rua de Clérigos! The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This apartment is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and an outdoor dining area with a table that can accommodate two people, The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook a homecooked meal, including a microwave and an oven. The apartment also comes with a dishwasher and ironing equipment, should you need them. The bedroom features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo. Towels will also be provided for your convenience. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
