Welcome to my studio! This lovely 30m2 studio in Porto is the perfect choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs. Thoughtfully designed, the studio features an open living area with a comfortable double bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There’s also a sofa and a wide-screen TV, perfect for unwinding with your favourite shows. A highlight of the studio is the sunroom, a bright and inviting space with a desk and seating area, making it ideal for working remotely or enjoying a quiet moment with a book. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area provides a lovely space to enjoy meals with loved ones. For added convenience, the property includes ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Location not too far from the center, the apartment is pretty comfortable. Kitchen well equipped but we didn't use it.
