The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Luís I Bridge, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal), good restaurants and shops, and the Aliados station is just 7 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely 50m2 studio is designed with open living, dining and kitchen area. Relax in the living room which features a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook including kettle, microwave, oven and toaster. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The apartment also comes with a washer and ironing equipment should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need such as toilet, shower, hair dryer and waste basket. Towels and toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

It's a nice apartment to stay even though it's not a spacious one, clean and you get everything you need, washing machine is very positive for a long time travelling .
