The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the São Bento subway station is just 7 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! Practical and conveniently studio with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! 5 minutes walking distance to S. Bento metro station. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Please be aware that despite having an elevator, the apartment has a steep flight of stairs before it.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)
