Welcome to my apartment! This modern 2-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Situated in a newly built building, the property is located on the sixth floor and accessible by elevator, offering both modern amenities and ease of access. Its central location ensures that guests can easily explore all that Porto has to offer. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable single sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, drying rack and ironing facility to meet your laundry needs. The master bedroom is a true retreat, with a balcony, a desk for those who need to catch up on work, and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom also features a balcony, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Both bedrooms have queen beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
