As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful entry hall featuring a vintage staircase and a cozy nook to drop your bags and start enjoying the space. The hallway opens onto a warm living and dining area, complete with a TV corner and a decorative (non-working) fireplace. The dining table seats up to 6 guests, ideal for shared meals and good conversations. The semi-open, fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals—or just a casual aperitif—as if you were at home. A French door leads directly from the kitchen to the garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a spacious bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, and dryer—super practical for longer stays. Upstairs, the house offers three comfortable bedrooms: One with a queen-size bed (160x200) Two with double beds (140x200) each One of the rooms includes a private desk area and essentials for laundry (ironing board + iron). There’s also a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on this floor, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.
