The property is close to various attractions (e.g., Palais Garnier, Louvre Museum), good restaurants and shops, and the Cadet station is just 1 minute away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be immediately captivated by the warm atmosphere of this apartment: harmonious hues, meticulous decoration, stained glass windows, paintings and sculptures by artists, quality furniture and bookcases, a sleek kitchen, oiled parquet flooring, soft, adjustable lighting to modulate the ambience... The rooms in this fully renovated, perfectly insulated apartment are arranged around a stained-glass skylight. The living spaces offer pleasant volumes. A large living room opens onto a south/southwest-facing terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts and evening aperitifs without overlooking the garden. Its vegetation, teak floor, retro bench and chilienne, grilled meats on the plancha... will make you forget for a moment that you're in the heart of Paris. In the evening, the glitter of the Eiffel Tower will be there to remind you that you are indeed in the City of Lights. The dining area has been designed to blend in perfectly with the rest of the apartment, in an uncluttered yet warm style. It is equipped with a large table for four guests and a top-of-the-range kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals. All crockery and appliances are brand new. The 2 bedrooms are accessed through separate doors. They can be joined or separated by a sliding partition. The first is equipped with a queen-size bed and dressing room, and the other with a pull-out double bed and closet. Both beds are carefully made up with hotel-quality linen. The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and a large washbasin. The toilet is separate. Please note that there are 2 WCS in the apartment. The flat is professionally cleaned between stays.
