The living area features a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, ideal for relaxing or spending time together. If a neat entrance matters to you, please take this into account. * The apartment gets little natural light: the glazed front door opens onto the courtyard, and the only window that opens looks onto a small inner light well, which limits ventilation. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will have 49 m² (527 sq ft), recently renovated, between Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord and steps from the metro, with a separate bedroom, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.
