Bedrooms: A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and TV, plus an elegant second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, each with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer kits for your convenience. Terrace: A superb terrace, perfect for breakfast or outdoor relaxation. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. Please note: The apartment overlooks the playground of an elementary school; there may be some neighborhood activity during the day on weekdays, particularly during school hours.
