Ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Kitchen: A contemporary, open-plan kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, oven,fridge toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. Perfect for preparing delicious meals with family and friends. Bedroom: Cosy bedroom with double bed. Bathroom: modern bathroom with shower gel kits, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: A comfortable toilet separate from the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dryer, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building with an elevator. The subway station is right next to the building, which may cause slight vibrations that can be felt in the early morning. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is ideal for two or three guests. With four, two sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, and space becomes tight, especially around the dining table. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, a stone's throw from Rue Montorgueil and 15 m from Sentier metro station, on the 1st floor of a secure building with a lift, with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
