Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming apartment, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs: Living room: A welcoming space, equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, perfect for convivial moments. Open kitchen: Fully equipped with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bedroom: A comfortable room with a double bed, designed to offer a restful sleep. Modern bathroom: Equipped with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Please note: The apartment is located in Bagnolet, right next to the metro station, providing quick access to downtown Paris. It is on the 4th floor without an elevator and is accessible via a narrow, typical Parisian staircase. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * Sound insulation between apartments is poor: noise from the building and the neighbours can be heard. Light sleepers or guests planning to work remotely may be disturbed. * The apartment is not air-conditioned: during heatwaves it can get hot inside, including at night. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in Bagnolet, on the edge of Paris, a few minutes' walk from Robespierre metro station (line 9), with supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby, in a 40 m² (431 sq ft) apartment with a bedroom and an equipped open kitchen.
