Welcome to TheBlueStay! Come and enjoy this 20m² studio located in the heart of a vibrant district of Paris. Ideal for a couple or two friends, this cosy studio offers all the comforts you need for a nice stay.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming studio, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs: Main room: A cosy space featuring a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Kitchen: A small, modern, open-plan kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine, with capsules, sugar and tea provided. Bathroom: A practical bathroom with shower, hairdryer and welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo. Toilet: The toilet is in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The studio is on the 5th floor of a building with no lift, reached by a narrow staircase: you will need to climb five floors on foot, luggage included. This access is not suitable for elderly guests, guests with reduced mobility or guests travelling with large suitcases. * At 20 m², this is a one-room studio: the only bed is the double sofa bed in the main room, which also serves as the living and dining area. If you want a separate bedroom or room to spread out for a long stay, please take this into account. * The apartment is not air-conditioned: it can get hot in summer, which matters for guests sensitive to heat. * The bathroom, which combines the shower, washbasin and toilet, is compact and its washbasin is very small: with two guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Sentier, Réaumur-Sébastopol and Bonne Nouvelle metro stations, in a studio with an open kitchen equipped with a hob and a Nespresso machine.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide. We can be reached from 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week, via the communication interface on your booking platform or by telephone.
