Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bedrooms: Two cosy bedrooms. The first with a comfortable double bed and TV. The second with 3 single beds and a TV. Quality bed linen is provided. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with all necessary amenities. Toilets: Two toilets in the bathrooms. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on the ground floor at the back of a courtyard and has no windows onto the street. Natural light comes only through skylights in the ceiling and a small window by the front door, facing the courtyard. The apartment is therefore darker than you might expect and has little ventilation, which may bother guests who value daylight. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, on a quiet street a 5-minute walk from Saint-Germain-des-Prés metro station, in a 90 m² (969 sq ft) air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
