This bright, designer apartment is perfectly appointed to provide comfort and conviviality for large groups or families: Living room: Two double sofa beds, a large TV and a dining table to share pleasant moments after your Parisian days. Kitchen: Modern, well-equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine. Bedroom 1: Cosy room with comfortable double bed, quality bed linen, television, private bathroom and toilet. Bedroom 2: A room with a double bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 3: A room with a single bed and television. Bathroom: Two bathrooms with shower, shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet is located in the bathroom and another is separate. Additional amenities: Dishwasher, Wi-Fi included, TV screen, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 6ᵉ floor of a building equipped with an elevator. However, the elevator stops at the 5ᵉ floor, and you will then have to walk up one last floor via the stairs. A shared laundry room is available to travelers on the ground floor. 📌 Please note before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, during heatwaves, it can get hot inside, including at night, which may disturb the sleep of guests who are sensitive to heat. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 13th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station and close to Place d'Italie, in a 140 m² (1,507 sq ft) top-floor duplex with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
