Stay in this charming 42 m² apartment, ideally located a stone's throw from the Faidherbe-Chaligny metro station. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, it offers a comfortable and friendly layout, perfect for exploring Paris. The cozy living room is designed for relaxation, with a sofa bed, television, and dining area. The open-plan, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to prepare meals just like at home. There are two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. The bathroom has a shower and all the essentials (shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer). The separate toilet provides additional comfort. To complete your stay, the apartment has a washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi connection, and linens and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * At 42 m² (452 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for four. With six guests, two sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and space becomes tight; the bedrooms are smaller than they look in the photos. If you are coming as a group of six, please take this into account. * The apartment is not air-conditioned: during summer heatwaves it can get very hot, including at night: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep. * The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift: carrying luggage up the stairs takes some effort, and it is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 11th arrondissement, a 3-minute walk from Faidherbe-Chaligny metro station (line 8), surrounded by restaurants and shops, with two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
