Enjoy a pleasant stay in this studio arranged for your comfort: Living room: A cosy space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen: A kitchenette with hob, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso machine with capsules, sugar and tea. Master bedroom: One bedroom with double bed. Bathroom: Shower gel and shampoo kit, washing machine and integrated toilet. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided. Additional information: The studio is located on the 2nd floor in a building with elevator. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The studio overlooks a street lined with bars and restaurants that is very busy in the evening: the activity can be heard inside, especially with the windows open. Light sleepers may be disturbed. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), close to Batignolles, with bakeries, a supermarket and restaurants right by the building, in a 35 m² (377 sq ft) apartment on the 2nd floor with a lift, with a separate bedroom and an equipped kitchenette.
