Located right in the centre of Paris, in the 2nd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from the Marais and the Grands Boulevards, I welcome you to my home, where you will enjoy your own private 43 m² space. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a secure building. Designed for a pleasant and practical stay, this private space can accommodate up to 5 guests and is perfect for a stay in Paris with family or friends. Your private space includes: - A friendly living area with a double sofa bed, a second sofa and a television - Two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed - A bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit, complimentary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) and a hairdryer Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine and iron. Sheets and towels are provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information to know before booking: The space has no exterior windows: it is lit entirely by artificial light, which gives it a calm atmosphere. Occasional work may take place in the building's courtyard and cause noise during the day. I wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. Enjoy this place in complete peace and privacy, right in the heart of Paris.
