The property is close to various attractions, such as the Jardins du Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower, as well as good restaurants and shops. The Passy station is just a 4-minute walk away, allowing guests to easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! Please note that the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The front door of this 90m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a television. It overlooks a private courtyard to take full advantage of sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils essential for meal preparation. A washing machine is also present. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a 120cm wide single bed and a desk, perfect for those working remotely. Both beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linen. Two bathrooms are present in the apartment: the first with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

The flat is in a perfect location - quiet, 3 minutes from the metro, 5 minutes from the bus. Very nice flat, comfortable beds, beautiful garden in the private courtyard.
