This fantastic two-bedroom apartment is in the 13th arrondissement, steps away from Chinatown, where culinary gems from the Far East are hidden in plain sight. It has a loft that is friendly for families with young children and is conveniently close to a supermarket and Maison Blanche Metro Station (Line 7).

Welcome! This 40m2 duplex is located on the top floor of a low-rise apartment building. Guests are spoiled for dining options when staying at my property, as various eateries from different parts of Asia and the Middle East are conveniently within a few steps away from my house! However, those who prefer to cook will have a supermarket just 4 minutes away on foot. Direct link to Metro Line 7 can be accessed at Maison Blanche, also 4 minutes away by foot. My apartment is thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay but has a familial charm that both adults and children will enjoy. The living room strikes a balance between the spacious and homely. Relax on the sofa after a long day of exploring Paris, and entertain yourselves with the wall-mounted TV. There's a dedicated work desk for digital nomads to use for laptop work. The kitchen is in its own dedicated space and comes equipped to handle light cooking -- guests will find a small but charmingly vintage dining table that can easily fit four and is a great place to have meals. The master bedroom is a loft space, the duplex's upper levels. It has long-slung feelings that make the space inviting but may prove challenging for those of a certain height. It's fitted with a double bed and has a chest of drawers. The children's room is next to the kitchen and has a small single bed and plenty of toys to entertain them. Both beds are lined with clean linens for a good night's rest. The bathroom has all the essentials to help freshen up with a tub and shower head. Be mindful when stepping out of the tub, as the walls are relatively high. Clean towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned for your own personal comfort. Enjoy your stay!
