I welcome you to my home, in the heart of Paris, to a bright and modern private space measuring 13 m² that can accommodate up to 2 guests. You’ll enjoy your own private space. It’s the perfect place to explore Paris alone or as a couple.

Located in the heart of Paris, I welcome you to my home, where you’ll enjoy your own private, bright, and modern 13 m² space. Designed to offer you comfort, privacy, and independence, this private space can accommodate up to 2 guests and suits a stay in Paris alone or as a couple. Your private space includes: - A cozy living area with a double sofa bed and a TV - A dining area with a table for sharing meals and spending time together - A modern, fully equipped private bathroom with a toilet ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * At 13 m² (140 sq ft), the space is small: once the double sofa bed is opened, there is very little room left to move around. It suits a solo traveller or two guests who spend their days out and travel light, less so a family, a group of friends or guests looking for space. * Sound insulation is poor: noise from the neighbours can be heard through the walls. This may bother light sleepers. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in a quiet part of the 16th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Rue de la Pompe metro station (line 9), with a private bathroom. Amenities available to you: Wi-Fi and an iron. Sheets and towels are provided for each guest. Good to know: The space is located on the ground floor. You’ll enjoy your space in complete privacy, all while staying in a welcoming Parisian setting. Come discover the charm of Paris from this comfortable private space, ideally located in the heart of the capital.

Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are not possible, unless prior special arrangements have been made.

Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you will have your own private space during your stay. -I will personally welcome you and hand you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m. -Breakfast is included in your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed. -The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
