The accommodation This bright studio apartment on the 4th floor with lift is ideal for 2 guests. It comprises : - 1 comfortable double bed - 1 open, well-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) - 1 modern bathroom with shower and WC - Smart TV and dining area - High-speed WiFi - Air conditioning - Bedding and towels provided Service options with our partners : Foodie & Flexx - Enjoy a tasty breakfast or brunch at the Foodie restaurant, located right next to the MOON building (optional service, not included in the rental price). - Access to the top-of-the-range Flexx gym, located in the building next door. All instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival, once the security deposit has been paid. Security deposit A security deposit of 300 Euro is required for each booking. This will be returned within 14 days of your departure, provided there has been no damage. A penalty of 150 Euro will be applied in the event of unauthorised late check-out. Our flat is on Sacha Guitry street, with plenty of parking all around. Public transport is just a few minutes' walk away. You can also park in a nearby underground parking lot. (chargeable) If you wish, we can provide you with a baby cot during your stay for a supplement of 15 Euro. Please inform our team at least 48 hours before your arrival.
