Please note that this property is only rented through a mobility lease for a minimum of 30 days!

The entrance opens onto a bright living area, with a comfortable living room featuring a sofa and a television. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a convection microwave oven, a cooking plate, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. The adjoining dining table seats two people. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. You will also find a washer and a dryer in the basement for added convenience. The bathroom features a shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The exterior offers a pleasant, chill area, a shared courtyard outside the apartment in the building, furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
