This house is located rue de Lille, in Mouvaux. You will be a few minutes walk from the city center, shops and can easily reach Lille by tram. The accommodation has recently been renovated. It is spacious, functional and even has a small garden for sunny days. Free street parking. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - Large via room with open fitted kitchen - Dining and living room area (TV and internet connection) - A small garden with a plancha available First floor : - Bathroom with bathtub, double sink, washing machine and dryer - separate WC - A bedroom with double bed on the street side Second floor : - A mezzanine bedroom with double bed on the courtyard side - One last bedroom with two separate single beds, street side The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
