With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Boundary Bridge bus stop (a 5-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, our property serves as a peaceful and well-connected haven for your stay. Convenient parking is available both on the driveway and on the street. Step into the inviting living room, complete with a plush sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. The floor-to-ceiling door seamlessly connects you to our stunning, generous conservatory dining area, offering a unique blend of indoor and outdoor living. A Concept 2 rowing machine is also provided for fitness enthusiasts.    Step outside onto the beautifully furnished garden terrace with an elevated decking area, where you can bask in the peaceful, leafy atmosphere and enjoy alfresco dining and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen beckons with essential cookware and cutlery, ensuring you can whip up delicious homemade meals. Gather around the 4-seater breakfast bar or 6-seater dining table to share your mealtimes with loved ones. Retreat to one of our two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first boasts a luxurious King-sized bed, while the second features a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double bed at the bottom. Rest easy with our complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Freshen up in the immaculate bathroom, stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Important note: Parties and excessive noise are strictly forbidden. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
