The space offers a double bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The layout is open and welcoming, with the sleeping area, dining area and kitchen integrated into a single space, providing both comfort and a sense of openness. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware, allowing for an independent and comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped. An iron and ironing board are also provided to meet all your needs. The apartment features an interior window that provides natural light throughout the day. It is furnished with modern furniture, wooden floors and carefully selected décor, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Dies ist ein perfektes Studio-Apartment in der Gran Via, aber abseits vom Lärm. Sehr gute Ausstattung und die elektronischen Schlösser und das Zugangssystem waren einfach zu bedienen.
