The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Place Bellecour, Vieux Lyon), good restaurants and shops, and the Lyon-Perrache train station are just 20-mins away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! It is located on the 6th floor (no elevator). The front door of this 25m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a television. The dining area offers a table that can seat up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals. The bedroom features a double bed carefully made with hotel-quality linens. Wardrobes will allow you to store your belongings and feel right at home. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and features a sink, mirror, shower, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy!
