Perfectly equipped, it guarantees a comfortable stay for 1 to 2 people, whether for a short or medium-term stay.

Located on the 3rd floor without elevator of a building in Lyon, the apartment is composed of a main room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, a TV, an open kitchen equipped (Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster , microwave, hob, crockery, utensils), a dining area with two stools and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with wifi. Ideally located in the heart of the peninsula, close to all amenities, it is the perfect pied-à-terre for a tourist or professional stay, alone or as a couple, from a few nights to several weeks. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) and 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 yummy kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the apartment (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
