Comfort in Vibrant Battersea! Our 73sqm apartment is a great spot for exploring London, just a short walk from Battersea Power Station, local shops, and plenty of dining options. The flat has an open-plan layout and sleeps up to 4 people across two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The living area has a sofa, TV, and access to a balcony, while the kitchen comes with the basics you’ll need to prepare simple meals at home. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries, and fresh linens are provided for all beds. Just a heads up: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect with, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. Please note that the property can get a bit warm in the hotter months. We've prepared a portable air conditioning unit in the living room and three fans in the bedrooms. There is no full central air conditioning throughout the house. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This is a lovely flat, and Guest Ready was very helpful in making sure we had two keys; one for me and one for my flat-mate. They were also flexible in our checkout time which was very helpful.
