A 65-inch smart TV is available with a range of on-demand streaming services including Amazon Prime Video and Disney+, as well as a collection of DVD’s. The modern kitchen has sleek white cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar with stylish stools, making it perfect for preparing meals or enjoying casual dining. The bedroom contains a comfortable double-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The apartment also has access to a communal roof terrace with direct views of The Shard and London Eye. Please note: There are ongoing construction works in the complex area, taking place Monday to Friday during standard working hours. As a result, some noise may be heard during these times. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
