No noise disturbance expected. The property boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one featuring a super king-sized bed and the other a king-sized bed, both dressed in premium linens for the ultimate comfort. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and a luxurious bathtub, while the second bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower. The living area is a sophisticated yet cosy space, complete with a plush sofa, a striking marble fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV for relaxed evenings in. Natural light floods the space, thanks to large bay windows with elegant shutters, and a chic dining area sits adjacent, perfect for intimate meals or morning coffee. Downstairs, an additional dining area offers an alternative space for entertaining, seamlessly leading to an indoor courtyard terrace—a private oasis in the city.
