The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. This room has access to two shared bathrooms with showers and one shared WC. The bathrooms contain all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Note that this is a private room inside a four-bedroom flat. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Great location with plenty of choice for food and drink etc, easy access into London with tube 5 mins walk away. Room, bathrooms and kitchen all clean and tidy. Comfy bed
