Comfy & Connected This 44m² apartment is on the 3rd floor (don’t worry, there’s an elevator) and sits right next to Denmark Hill Station — perfect for zipping around London. It’s a great spot for 2, but can squeeze in 3 with the sofa bed in the living room. You’ll get a balcony for fresh air, a kitchen with the basics to cook up a meal, a washer for laundry, a double bed, plus fresh towels and toiletries to get you started. We’ve got 24/7 guest support if you need us. Heads up: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect with, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. You’ll hear the trains — they’re part of the charm of being this close to the station. The building’s a bit old, so the doors, locks, and plumbing have their quirks. Keys are collected from a Keynest store — check your check-in info before heading over. Gatwick and Heathrow are around 1 hour 10 minutes away by car. We're looking forward to welcoming you!

Guests will have access to the entire home! Our home is located conveniently in Camberwell. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
