Designed with relaxation in mind, this bright and modern retreat is ideal for couples, small families or business travellers seeking a well connected yet characterful neighbourhood stay. The flat accommodates up to three guests and features one spacious bedroom with a double bed, along with a double sofa bed in the living area. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath. Situated on the first floor, the apartment also benefits from a private balcony and a dedicated dining bar area. Inside, the home opens into a light filled open plan living space where clean lines and warm wood accents create a welcoming, contemporary feel. The lounge is arranged for comfort, with large glass doors that allow natural light to pour in and lead directly onto the balcony, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and sleek cabinetry that blends style with practicality. A breakfast and dining bar provides a sociable space for casual meals or catching up after a day out. The bedroom has been thoughtfully styled in soothing neutral tones with warm flooring and soft bedside lighting, creating a peaceful setting for a restful night’s sleep. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.
