Welcome to my studio! This stylish and bright 50 m² property provides a cosy and inviting space for your stay in the city. The studio is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort while maintaining a modern aesthetic. Guests must climb some stairs to access the property. The open-concept living area features a comfortable sofa where guests can relax and enjoy their favourite shows. A chic dining space with exposed brick walls adds a touch of character, making it a great spot for meals and conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances, allowing guests to easily prepare home-cooked meals. The dining table provides the perfect setting for shared moments. Although it is a studio, the space where the guests sleep is separated by a glass, providing a semi-private space for the double bed and storage space. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a refreshing and hassle-free experience. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
